(260522) -- LJUBLJANA, May 22, 2026 (Xinhua) -- Janez Jansa is sworn in as the prime minister of Slovenia after the voting during the extraordinary session of the Slovenian National Assembly in Ljubljana, Slovenia, May 22, 2026. Slovenia's National Assembly on Friday appointed Janez Jansa as the country's prime minister-designate with 51 votes in favour and 36 against, according to the Slovenian News Agency.
